Albertsons Opts for NationsBenefits to Boost Grocery Access for Medicare Advantage Members

NationsBenefits® enhances grocery access for Medicare Advantage members through Albertsons Companies partnership and new software integration. Health plan members can use their plan-funded supplemental benefit cards to purchase groceries through the Benefits Pro Portal’s ‘Marketplace’.

Health plan members will now be able to purchase groceries through the Benefits Pro Portal’s retail partner ‘Marketplace’ at thousands of Albertsons Cos. stores including Albertsons, Safeway, Vons, Jewel-Osco, ACME, and Shaw’s.

The NationsBenefits Benefits Pro Portal is an all-in-one solution that allows members to search and shop for groceries and wellness products, manage spending allowances, track order statuses in real-time, and more. Beginning April 22, 2024, eligible health plan members will be able to shop Albertsons Cos. extensive qualified grocery product range available at all banner stores nationwide through the Benefits Pro Portal Marketplace.
