NationsBenefits Builds Momentum by Opening Three New Distribution Facilities and a Third Member Experience Center

New operations facilities will enable the company to serve millions of new members Nationwide while creating hundreds of new jobs across Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Utah.

NationsBenefits®, LLC., a leading supplemental benefits company, announced today the expansion of its operations with the three new distribution facilities in Nashville, Pittsburgh, and Salt Lake City, and an additional Member Experience Center also in Nashville. The decision to expand the company’s presence to Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Utah is the next step in the business’s growth strategy and commitment to serving national, regional, and local health plans and their members. Each new location is expected to be staffed and fully operational in Q4-2021.

NationsBenefits has experienced several months of significant momentum across all lines of business, and the expansion comes at a time when the company is implementing partnerships with numerous health plans in preparation for Medicare’s Open Enrollment Period that begins on October 15 and runs through December 7, 2021. This period is when Medicare beneficiaries can join, switch, or drop a plan for coverage beginning on January 1, 2022. Medicare Advantage (MA) plans are seeing increasing numbers of enrollees year over year who have social risk factors and complex medical needs, and the need for supplemental benefit solutions is on the rise. NationsBenefits is poised to continue its growth trajectory by focusing on customizable, cost-effective solutions in health care that can help plans improve health outcomes and address the unmet needs of their members.

The company will also fulfill product orders and provide customer support for all benefit-related inquiries around the clock, 365 days per year, beginning in January.
