NationsBenefits Welcomes Rick Ferry and Ken Epstein as Co-Presidents of BPO

NationsBenefits® is pleased to announce and welcome Rick Ferry and Ken Epstein as the new Co-Presidents of BPO. Mr. Ferry and Mr. Epstein have worked together for nearly 30 years as owners/operators of global BPO companies serving clients across multiple industries with a particular focus on healthcare. Together, their expertise will help NationsBenefits in expanding its infrastructure to maximize BPO to improve member service excellence.

Mr. Ferry is an executive leader with 35 years of experience in corporate growth through new client acquisition. Prior to joining NationsBenefits, Rick was the CEO and Co-Founder of C3, a global BPO company. Prior to C3, Rick served as CEO of Aegis U.S., a multinational BPO company.

Mr. Epstein has more than 25 years of experience developing client relationships in the BPO industry across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Prior to joining NationsBenefits, Ken was the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Co-Founder of C3. Prior to joining C3, Ken served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Aegis U.S.

The addition of Mr. Ferry and Mr. Epstein to NationsBenefits will help grow the company’s service offerings to support sales, member services, and member engagement for Medicare Advantage health plans, providers, and systems globally.
